Y2Q Five Years Away or Just Around the Corner?
Y2Q-01
For more than a decade, the industry has repeated the phrase, "Quantum is five years away." Yet during that same period, quantum computing capabilities have advanced steadily, investment has surged into the billions, and governments and private industry have accelerated development efforts. So what is the real timeline, and more importantly, what should enterprises be doing today? This opening session examines the current state of quantum computing, separating hype from reality.

Can We HNDL the Truth? How Vulnerable is Our Existing Encryption Solution Today?
Y2Q-02
The threat isn't waiting for a future quantum computer. It's already underway. Does the growth of “Harvest Now, Decipher Later” HNDL represent a clear and present danger? Do the systems we use today have a path forward? Who is providing new innovations and how are they recommending we migrate? This session examines the real-world implications of HNDL, identifies which cryptographic systems are most vulnerable, and explores the emerging technologies and migration strategies being recommended by security leaders.

There is a Solution: Building for the Future Today
Y2Q-04
A sufficiently powerful quantum computer could solve mathematical problems that classical computers cannot solve efficiently. The remedy that National Institute of Standards and Technology has developed to address the threat of quantum computers breaking today’s encryption is called Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). Embedded in PQC is the concept of Cyber-Agility designing encryption methods that can be swapped quickly in the future. This session explores Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and the emerging concept of cryptographic agility—the ability to rapidly adapt encryption technologies as new threats and standards emerge.

Mosca's Theorem and Calculating Your Enterprise Risk Runway
Y2Q-05
Risk is often subjective based on personal attitudes rather than known facts. However, there are some objective measurements that can be made which should be used to realistically evaluate risk. Mosca's Theorem provides one of the most practical frameworks for understanding quantum risk. Simply stated: if the time required to migrate your organization to quantum-safe security exceeds the time remaining before quantum computers can compromise your encryption, then you are already behind schedule. Learn how to estimate their organization's quantum risk runway and determine whether immediate action is required to protect long-lived data assets.

Large-Scale Software Dependency Discovery and Network Performance Impact
Y2Q-06
Here is some good news, discovering your data’s vulnerability is easier than ever thanks to AI-powered tools. The bad news is that you may discover flaws that need to be updated. Whatever the result, the impact of quantum security threats is the decision to stay vigilant and continue to monitor and prioritize PQC security solutions.

Keynote: Silent Infrastructure: How Privacy-First SDKs Quietly Shape the Future of Global-Scale Mobile Apps
K-07
Ramanpreet Singh Khinda Staff Software Engineer LinkedIn
Mobile SDKs power payments, personalization, and AI-driven experiences for billions of users, yet they remain the most invisible and underestimated layer of the mobile stack. When designed well, they are silent infrastructure; when designed poorly, they create privacy risk, performance bottlenecks, and incident-response headaches for every team that depends on them. This session unpacks the engineering and product principles behind privacy-first, globally scalable SDKs that developers actually want to integrate. Drawing on more than a decade of building and operating mobile infrastructure at scale, the speaker will explore how to embed privacy by design, avoid technical debt, and deliver SDKs that are both robust and easy to adopt. Whether you build SDKs or rely on them, you will walk away with patterns and frameworks you can put into practice immediately. What You’ll Learn Practical patterns for designing SDK architectures that balance performance, security, and maintainability in real-world mobile environments. Strategies for making privacy, compliance, and developer experience first-class requirements in your SDK roadmap, not afterthoughts. A concise framework for evaluating, selecting, and improving SDKs used across large, distributed app portfolios. Who Should Attend Mobile engineers, platform and infrastructure architects, product leaders, and anyone responsible for building, selecting, or governing SDKs in high-scale mobile applications.

The more things change, the more regulations add to responsibilities, At least that’s the way it feels for many of the service providers. We have a number of changes planned and proposed that need to be considered as we plan for the future. The disappearance of E-Rate, the Shaken – Stir implementation, the possibility of 1+14, etc. All of the these changes being applied to IoT impact business models, processing and costs. This session looks at the long term, the near term and immediate impact to the industry. What you will learn: - What is the intention of the regulation changes. - How it impacts business models. - Which groups are lobbying the FCC and other rule makers.

Balancing the Edge: Lessons from AI and Robotics
S-09
Head E2E System Architecture NVIDIA Distinguished Engineer Infineon Technologies
Edge AI and robotics are forcing architects to make hard choices about what runs in the cloud, what runs at the edge, and how much autonomy to give machines in the field. From warehouse robots and mobile swarms to humanoids and industrial cobots, we see the same pattern: millisecond decisions happen on-device, while learning, coordination, and governance live across a distributed edge–cloud fabric. This session mines concrete lessons from robotics—swarm intelligence, neurosymbolic control loops, and fleet management—to frame a pragmatic playbook for “balancing the edge.” We will examine when to push more intelligence onto constrained devices, when to pull work back to the cloud, and how to design architectures that evolve over time without breaking safety or compliance. Attendees will leave with patterns, cautionary tales, and reference questions they can ask their own vendors and teams.
